Supply Chain Management
Supply chain management is used to handle entire production flow of goods or services among raw components for delivering the final product to the consumer. To achieve this task, a company will create a network of suppliers called as “links” to move product from the suppliers of raw materials to the organizations who deal directly with users. There are six components for the traditional supply chain management which includes the planning, sources, manufacturing, delivery logistics, return.
