This comprises of financial theory, methods of engineering, tools of mathematics and practice of programming. It also been defined as an applications of technical methods especially from mathematical finance and computational finance that plays a crucial role in the customer-driven derivative business. The Computational finance and mathematical finance both comes under the subfields of financial engineering. Its innovations are seen in the fields of merges, acquisitions, and corporate reconstructing. It also includes some of the innovations in the Indian Financial Market are debt-oriented funds, currency swaps, mutual funds etc. In Financial Engineering there are two different types of tools:

• Conceptual Tool
• Physical Tool
