The increased and uncontrolled use of organic compounds especially colors and dyes in the textile industry sector threatens the stability of ecosystems and human health. Indeed, dyes can spread through volatilization on the atmosphere upon application. Residues from the use of these can contaminate soil and groundwater. Hence the need for urgent and effective solutions to address these residues by eliminating the active color. The general objective of this work is the process of electrochemical degradation of Rhodamine B: as the cationic dye. The electrodegradation electrode is formed onto a tin oxide SnO2 electrode and compared with the boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrode. Some factors affecting electrodegradation reaction and catalyst efficiency, such as initial pH, catalyst concentration, contaminant concentration and temperature were studied. The progress of degradation is followed by absorption spectroscopy UV-visible, the percentage of COD and chromatography.

Therefore, the flexible manufacturing techniques are rapidly growing to compete the markets globally and also the need for improved productivity and reduced time to market has been increased significantly in manufacturing processes in recent decades A number of factors contribute in organizational ability to achieve flexibility and one of which is the use of fixtures to increase the pace of production. Modular Fixtures have brought many benefits to manufacturing industries including reduced costs and times of production. This paper uses newer and innovative design of Modular fixture for pinhole operation in VMC. Generally a modular fixture is made by assembling a number of fixture elements in a feasible sequence that is properly determined. The function of modular fixture is to reduce installation of new fixture for new type of component and to easily unload the component to achieve high production.
